Fascia and Soffit
To make the roof ready for the roofing contractor, the fascia and soffit package needs to be installed. We can offer a full range of both timber and UPVC fascia and soffits, in a variety of colours
Insulation
Timber frame is simple to insulate and to enhance with multi-layered options, depending on your required U-value, we would be happy to quote on the most cost-effective option available to meet your needs.
Stairs
One of the most critical measures on-site is the staircase opening and height. We can offer a wide range of staircase options, from pine treads to full oak staircases.
Our standard package would be to supply and install the staircase flight and newels and supply only the handrail and balustrade for installation by others at a later date (to avoid damage).
Cladding
Stickbuild Ltd can offer a wide range of rain screen cladding options to suit our clients' needs. Frequently selected items are Thermowood, Cedar, Cedar shingles and pre-finished cement-based boards. We would be happy to quote for your specific requirements.
Steelwork
Large spans, upper floor setbacks, balconies and underpasses, frequently require structural steelwork to be incorporated in the timber frame. Where possible our quotations will always include for this as standard.
