All quotations provided by Stickbuild South East Ltd are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and may be subject to change based on design alterations, material availability, or site conditions. Payment terms will be outlined in your quotation or contract, and materials remain our property until full payment has been received. We aim to meet agreed delivery and installation dates but cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control, such as adverse weather or supply chain issues.

We take pride in the quality of our work, using materials that meet or exceed industry standards. Any defects in workmanship reported within 12 months of completion will be reviewed and, if applicable, rectified promptly. However, this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party alterations. Our total liability under any contract is limited to the value of the work agreed.
